Ingredients

 2 pizzas
  1. 2 pieces Store-bought pizza dough
  2. 200 g, cut into small pieces Chicken breast or thigh
  3. 100 g, chopped Bacon
  4. 200 g, shredded Mozzarella cheese
  5. 1 , sliced Green bell pepper
  6. 1 , sliced Red bell pepper
  7. 1 large, sliced Onion
  8. 150 g Tomato sauce
  9. 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 1 tbsp Olive oil
  12. 1 tsp (for topping) Oregano
  13. 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  14. 1/4 tsp Thyme
  15. 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  16. 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  17. 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Steps

    Season chicken with sweet paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, turmeric, and salt.

    In a pan, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden. Set aside.

    In the same pan, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.

    Preheat oven to 220ºC/430ºF

    Sauté onion and bell peppers until soft. Once cooked add the chicken and bacon. Mix well for a unified flavor.

    Spread tomato sauce over pizza dough, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.

    Add cooked chicken, bacon, onion, and bell peppers on top of the cheese.

    Add more cheese on top. Sprinkle oregano over the pizza.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C/430ºF for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
