  1. 1/2 pack rotini pasta
  2. 1/2 cup cube chicken
  3. 1 bowl baby spinach
  4. 1 pack mushroom (sliced)
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. 1 cube butter
  7. 3-4 tbsp alfredo sauce
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 2 tbsp rosemary
  10. 2 tbsp thyme
  11. 1 tbsp sea-salt
  12. 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  13. 2-3tbsp peppercorns

    Boil the pasta, keep under running cold water and drain out the excess water preferably using a colander.

    Put some oil in a pan and lightly sauté the chicken with mushrooms and adding in the spinach. Sprinkle some salt and peppercorns.

    To make the sauce : Whisk two eggs in a bowl and keep aside. Put some butter in pan, pour over the pasta and sauté, add in the Alfredo sauce and milk and stir well. At this point, add in the whisk egg continuously stirring in between. Mix well with chicken, mushroom. Enjoy the delicious best.
