ðð✨A one-pot WONDER for your weeknight rotation: Creamy lemon orzo + Salmon + Gremolata
This is one of these dishes that feels extravagant and impressive but really is super simple. It’s perfect for a special occasion when you want to treat someone else and also for a mundane Tuesday evening when you want to treat yourself.
The salmon is rich and crispy, the orzo zingy and creamy and the gremolata just adds a great herbalicious contrast.

- Salmon
- 2 salmon fillets (skin on)
- Salt to taste
- Gremolata
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Orzo
- 3 preserved lemons
- 1 lemon
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 medium onion
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1000 ml chicken stock
- 50 g heavy cream

Finish the orzo with a little bit of heavy cream and the juice of the lemon. Serve the salmon over the orzo and finish with the gremolata
