Turkey Stock Gnocchi Soup

  1. Ingredients
  2. 400 ml Turkey stock
  3. 1/2 piece Zucchini
  4. 50 g Lentils
  5. 100 g Gnocchi
  6. 1 cube Lulu bouillon
  7. 2 tbsp Miso paste
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1/2 tsp Paprika
  10. to taste Black pepper

Steps

    Bring turkey stock to a boil in a pot.

    Add lentils and Lulu bouillon, simmer until lentils are almost tender.

    Add gnocchi and zucchini (cut into chunks), cook until gnocchi is soft.

    Lower the heat, dissolve miso paste into the soup.

  5. 5

    Season with salt, paprika, and black pepper. Serve hot.

Tips

Dissolve the miso paste at a lower heat to preserve its flavor.
