- 1 pink lady apple, quartered, sliced then cut crosswise

- 2-3 oz dill havarti, sliced and cut in small rectangles

- 1 tsp agave
- 1 tsp Thai red curry paste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- sea salt & pepper
